forrest gump not only shares his innocence and purity with others, ,he also manages to retain that innocence through some very difficult times.

it is just a movie, so maybe it doesn't work like that in reality.a simply means is that the acting and story of this film got a high level like the real .

to some sufferers, the word "normal" is so boring,they really hate this,and i have to say that they also own the right to stand on their dignity!

电影《心灵捕手》是一部97年的老片，虽然因为罗宾威廉斯的缘故而早有耳闻，但一直未及观赏。这次由于心理培训得以如愿，自然感到愉悦。但是电影本身却并不是令人感到愉悦的喜剧片，而是一部反映青少年心灵成长的剧情片。剧中众多的心灵斗争，激烈的争论场面无不令人紧张，进而对主人公的命运、剧中人物关系感到忧心忡忡。
该剧的剧情是一名普通的美国青年威尔亨廷，在著名的麻省理工大学担任清洁工期间，碰巧看到知名数学教授林保在告示板上给学生出的一道数学难题无人问津，回去仅在镜子上写下一串公式便迎刃而解。于是，便在学校的告示板上作了答案。当大家都在等待这位数学天才出现的时候，他并没有出现因为他根本不属于这里，不属于林保教授的讲堂。又一次，林保教授出了题，威尔信手拈来，将题作出。这次林保教授看到了他，他转身骂了一句，转身便跑。在哈佛大学的酒吧，威尔以自己深厚的学术修养羞辱了那自以为是的哈佛高材生，并赢得了少女施嘉娜的赞赏。这时，影片为我们展现的是agood boy who called willhunting，这是我对影片片名的第一个理解。最终，愤世嫉俗、叛逆不羁的少年因为打假事件送到了管教所，在他即将入狱的那一刻，他答应了林保教授的条件，每周都要按时接受教授的学术辅导以及心理医生的心理辅导。
如何引导他们正确的处理关系，正确看待问题，林保教授发现了威尔的数学天分，并有意将其塑造为下一位爱因斯坦式人物，他竭尽全力的训练威尔。这些都难不到他，但是教授请来的五位心理学大师都一一被威尔尖酸刻薄却又不失严谨的论调驳斥败北。他们的失败不仅在于威尔的天才和叛逆。比如第一位心理学家就缺乏咨询员的基本咨询原则——真诚。无奈之下，教授请来了他的大学同学，由罗宾威廉斯饰演的心理学教授肖恩。
肖恩给威尔的辅导一共有八次，八个场景处处叫人难忘，这里不加熬述。
其间一个场景，一个小时的沉默。查询了有关资料，虽然我还未曾接听来访者的电话，但也知道沉默是很令咨询师尴尬的场面，会觉得无所事事。这在我和学生谈话中也曾遇到过，非要觉得说话才是给学生的。但对于有经验的咨询师而言，这不是简单的不说话，而是一种静静的关怀。这符合罗杰斯的关怀技术。
威尔首先说话了，两个人打破了沉寂。肖恩说出了妻子的缺点，但即便这样他仍然是自己的妻子。两个人在一起就要兼容对方的优缺点。我在与学生交谈时，也偶尔会讲一些自身的经历，容易让学生达到认同。接着，肖恩说出威尔自身也并不十全十美，让威尔相信没有人完美。如果我们发现自身的缺陷却又不敢承认，就容易造成问题。当威尔对肖恩产生兴趣而反复提问时，肖恩嘎然而止，指出时间到了。
“你有能触动你心灵的人么?”肖恩指出威尔总是在逃避，没有胆量证实自己。一场激烈的争吵，肖恩赶走了威尔，以次让威尔讲出真话。威尔打电话给女孩，女孩坐上了飞机离开。威尔没有按时去接受培训，而是和好友查理一起去做力工。查理的一席话使他改变。我个人觉得，如果是肖恩让威尔学会正常思维，并有所改变的话，是查理的话让威尔醒悟。

学习了吴甡校长《生命价值理念与学校科学发展》，我深刻认识到学校的科学发展要以人为本，全面实施素质。目前我们的基础和高等还是强调质量，强调考试的分数，忽视学生的健康、语言、社会、科学、艺术等方面学习与发展，所以教师不仅要学生学会科学知识，还要学生学会动手动脑，学会生存生活，学会健体，学会做人、学会做事，学会与人合作。让学生获得全面发展，是我们每一位工作者的神圣使命和责任。
学习了刘永胜校长《加强校本培训，促进教师发展》，我认识到学校的发展前提是教师的发展。我校是一所农村小学，许多教师是老教师，存在着观念陈旧、教学方式落后、教师工作积极性不高，整体素质有待提高的情况，如何解决这个问题，通过学习我知道了要加强校本培训，通过鼓励教师不断学习和教学研究，提升教师的专业化水平，为教师的发展，为学校的发展打下坚实的基础。
学习了王建宗老师的《优化教学管理基本要素的依据和策略》我收获最大，目前我是一名负责学校教学管理的副校长，由于比较年轻，经验不足，遇到一些教学管理问题不知道解决，学习了王老师的讲座，我学到了许多方法和解决问题的策略，在我以后的工作中我会更有信心做好自己的本职工作。

no one has the ability to show his love to only one person during his whole life, let alone make friends with only one person; have the food that never changes year by year; do the same damn thing without plaining and consciousness of exhaustion. we can’t! however, what we could learn from hachi is that we should never forget the one we once loved.
in fact, some research and statistics prove that pets are more sensitive in human’s diseases than we do. hachi fetched that ball because he knew that his master would die because of his heart disease. it’s his only way to hold him back . hachi has been waiting in the weeds, waiting for his only fellow to walk him home. his hope has been floating in the breeze, carrying his loneliness and misery all above the ground. maybe professor knows, but he could never e back.
